Most Poles praise reactions of president, PM to Russian aggression

A majority of Poles positively assess the steps taken by the country's leaders concerning the Russian invasion of Ukraine, a recent survey has shown.

According to the IBRiS survey for Radio Zet, 63.9 percent of those polled had a positive opinion of President Andrzej Duda's actions and 61.1 percent spoke well about Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki's efforts in the context of Russia's attack on Ukraine.

At the same time, only 6.1 percent of respondents did not approve of Duda's actions and 12.2 percent were negative about the steps taken by Morawiecki.

The survey was carried out on a nationwide sample of 1,100 adult Poles on March 1, 2022.
