Moody's confirms Polish banking system's stability
Ratings agency Moody's has maintained a stable outlook for the Polish banking system despite the fact that the country is likely to see its first recession in 29 years.
The recession will affect the profitability of banks but the deterioration of loan quality will likely be moderate, Moody's said in a news release.
Polish banks are expected to maintain strong capital buffers.
