May's M3 money supply up - central bank

Poland’s M3 money supply grew in May 2020 by 16.0 percent year on year and by 2.7 month on month to PLN 1.72 trillion (EUR 387 billion), the National Bank of Poland (NBP) announced on Tuesday.

Household deposits rose by 1.8 percent m/m to PLN 932.7 billion (EUR 210.1 billion).

Corporate deposits increased by 7.3 percent m/m to PLN 349.7 billion (EUR 78.8 billion).

Loans in the household sector edged down by 0.5 percent to PLN 778.45 billion (EUR 173.8 billion), while loans in the corporate sector fell by 2.3 percent m/m to PLN 392.33 billion (EUR 88.4 billion).
