March's CPI in Poland at 1.7 pct y/y - stats office
Prices of consumer goods and services increased by 1.7 percent year on year and by 0.3 month on month in February 2019, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) said in a statement on preliminary data, on Friday.
Economists polled by PAP before the preliminary data's publication predicted that February's CPI would reach 1.6 percent year on year and 0.2 percent month on month.
February's CPI was at 1.2 percent y/y and 0.4 m/m.
