Lewandowski again named best Bundesliga player - Kicker magazine

Robert Lewandowski has been named the best player of the fifth round of the German Bundesliga by Kicker magazine. Lewandowski has won the title for the third time in a row.

In the fifth round, Bayern Munich's Lewandowski scored three goals to give the his team a 5-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt.

Kicker gave the same title to Lewandowski after the third and fourth rounds, after matches against Hertha Berlin and Arminia Bielefeld.

The Polish player is the first in the Bundesliga's history to have scored ten goals in the first five rounds.

Since the beginning of his career in Germany, Lewandowski has scored 246 goals. He places third in the all-time ranking, being preceded by Klaus Fischer (268) and Gerd Mueller (365).
