Extraordinary photos reveal long-forgotten cemetery where Jesus GROWS out of a tree

The mysterious village of Łupków has a rich history but nearly all remnants of the settlement were destroyed after WWII with just the church foundation, bell tower and cemetery remaining.
Crosses can be seen apparently growing out of the trees which have taken over the cemetery.
The oldest graves in the cemetery date back to the mid-nineteenth century.
The last to be buried there were soldiers fighting in WWII.
Only a few graves from a church that was razed remain and among the trees there are strange sights to be seen.
The village of Łupków was a cosmopolitan mix Catholic Greeks, Poles, Jews and Lemkos.
Officially founded in 1526 by two brothers, there were already people living and farming in the area.
The cemetery isn’t easily located by tourists though, you have to know where to go and look for the circle of trees that surrounds it.
The trees have begun to grow around some of the older crosses just as the moss has taken over the headstones.
