Government's and PM's approval ratings up - poll
The approval ratings of both the government and the prime minister are on the up, according to a new opinion poll.
In the Kantar poll, 32 percent of the respondents felt the government was performing well, up by 4 percentage points on a previous poll, while 11 percent did not have an opinion.
The percentage of those who believed Mateusz Morawiecki, the prime minister, was doing a good job grew by 5 percentage points to 35 percent, while 9 percent of those surveyed were undecided.
However, 57 percent of those surveyed gave the government a negative assessment, a drop of 7 percentage points on April's figure, and 56 percent said the prime minister was performing poorly, also down by 7 percentage points month on month.
Kantar ran the survey on a sample of 1,005 Poles aged 15 and above on May 7-12, 2021.
