Former finance minister nominated for dep head of EU investment bank

The Finance Ministry has officially nominated a current member of the board of the National Bank of Poland (NBP), Teresa Czerwińska, for the position of deputy head of the European Investment Bank, Finance Minister Tadeusz Kościński told PAP on Thursday.

Czerwińska was appointed as an NBP board member in 2019, previously she was Poland's finance minister.

Kościński also added that he was Poland's candidate for the position of head of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
