Foreign Ministry launches emergency line regarding border crossings
Due to the development of the epidemic situation in Europe, Poland's Foreign Ministry has launched a special telephone emergency line to advise on the possibility of crossing Polish borders.
The emergency phone number is +48 22 523 8880.
On Friday night, border controls were reinstated while a temporary entry ban will apply to foreigners from midnight Saturday for ten days with the possibility of prolonging the ban for 20 days and thereafter for a further 30 days. Poles crossing the border will be placed under a 14-day quarantine.
