December's CPI in Poland at 1.1 pct y/y - stats office

Prices of consumer goods and services increased by 1.1 percent year on year and remained flat month on month in December 2018, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) announced on Tuesday.

In an earlier flash estimate, GUS said that prices increased by 1.1 percent year on year and remained unchanged month on month.

Economists polled by PAP before the flash publication predicted that December's CPI would reach 1.2 percent year on year and 0.1 percent month on month.
