Coronavirus Diary #2

In today’s Debrief, I hand over the mic to you and we manage to hear from two people trying to come to terms with the coronavirus reality in Poland.
Hi there, I’m your host John Beauchamp and I’m on lockdown. Today is my Debrief Coronavirus Diary day 2. As of Tuesday evening we are up to 901 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 10 deaths have been reported. The government has also announced a set of strict measures which restricts movement and essentially is geared at keeping everyone at home.
Apart from that today was business as usual. I suppose one of the major factors of being couped up at home is to try and keep yourself occupied. Speaking about keeping yourself busy, I wanted to give a big thanks to Michał and Victoria for sending me some voice memos today. You can listen to what they have to say in today’s episode.
It’s a hard time for all of us to get through, but let’s get through it together! If you want to get in touch please write to me at podcasts@thefirstnews.com and if you have Whatsapp, why not leave me a voice message (which you agree to being used on air, of course!) at +48 504 202 352.
Stay updated by checking out the Coronavirus updates on TFN, and there’s also a lot happening on our Facebook. It’s doesn’t all have to be doom and gloom.
Stay safe!
