AliExpress, an online retail service based in China, plans to open 300 parcel machines in Warsaw, and wants to have a total of 8,000 in Poland by the end of 2022, according to the web portal.

Gary Topp, AliExpress CEO for Central and Eastern Europe, told PAP Business during an interview in January that AliExpress, along with CaiNiao and its Polish partners, was planning to launch a trial project for its own parcel pick-up machines.

InPost, a network of collection and shipping points for the pick-up and sending of packages, already has 4,800 parcel machines in Poland.
