Belarus MFA summons Polish charge d'affaires in Minsk

The Belarusian Foreign Ministry on Thursday summoned Polish Embassy's Charge d'Affaires Marcin Wojciechowski to express a strong protest against "open attempts by the Polish side to interfere in the internal affairs of Belarus."

The Belarusian ministry said it drew to the attention of the charge d'affaires that "in recent days there have been clearly hostile, comments from Polish politicians and officials, unacceptable in international contacts."

"It was stressed that any further attempts to externally pressure Belarus, as well as calls to breach Belarus sovereignty and territorial integrity, were counterproductive," the ministry wrote in a press release.
